Myriad Women’s Health is hiring a seasoned Program Manager to lead the execution of innovative product development that will empower patients and providers to make life-changing healthcare decisions.

The Program Manager will help own and develop the program management function at Myriad Women’s Health. This person will be expected to build and contribute to scalable processes and systems enabling internal and external stakeholders to leverage data and act upon insights. The role requires data-driven skills, excellent organizational talents, and the ability to clearly articulate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business.

The Program Manager will directly lead large cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Commercial, R&D, & Technology partners. You will engage with all teams and functional leads to define, prioritize, execute, and track project milestones, resources, and budget allocations across the portfolio. Partnering across multi-disciplinary teams including Commercial, Engineering, R&D, Product, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Finance will also be critical to your success.

Myriad Women’s Health is a unit of Myriad Genetics, the leading personalized medicine company dedicated to being a trusted advisor and transforming patient lives worldwide through pioneering molecular diagnostics. Myriad discovers and commercializes molecular diagnostic tests that: determine the risk of developing disease, accurately diagnose disease, assess the risk of disease progression, and guide treatment decisions across six major medical specialties where molecular diagnostics can significantly improve patient care and lower healthcare costs.

• Develop a deep understanding of the parts of the business that you support, and provide data driven insights into those areas
• Collaborate with business, technology, & operations teams to execute on strategic initiatives
• Be accountable for schedules and report progress regularly to all stakeholders while mitigating risks along the way
• Provide successful, productive updates to senior management
• Use data to inform decision making and drive implementation
• Lead project delivery, timelines and prioritization with the direction of the program
• Ensure the overall success and scalability of the programs
• Enhance the toolkit of Program Manager templates and references to guide Myriad’s product development process
• Drive consistency in tracking and measurement of programs to enable portfolio management of key initiatives
• Mentor additional program managers, while leading development of toolkit for the function

About you

• BS or MS in business or engineering field
• Prior success as a program manager or project manager for 5+ years
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all roles and levels of management
• Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships; Prior people management experience preferred
• Ability to create momentum within the organization and manage change effectively
• Demonstrated willingness to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to achieve the team's end goals
